Wiisinida, Let’s Eat is a series of hands-on culinary tours that follow the Anishinaabe food journey from seed to harvest. Each experience is shaped by the season and offers a unique opportunity to engage with Indigenous foods, language, and traditions. Participants may help plant, harvest, prepare, or cook depending on the time of year—learning how to work with traditional ingredients like corn, beans, squash, berries, wild rice, and local medicines. Every tour includes storytelling, teachings, and a shared meal prepared with love and cultural care. No two tours are the same—come ready to cook, taste, learn, and connect with the land in every season.
